Deluxe Corporation

Deluxe Corporation is a 90-year-old, 6,000-person organization providing a variety of products and services to financial institutions and small businesses. It is best known for providing check programs and fraud prevention services to financial institutions and for direct consumer products, such as personalized checks and related accessories.

Deluxe selected the CorasWorks Idea Management Solution to help drive corporate-wide innovation. It is using the CorasWorks solution to engage its workforce to help drive innovation within nine specific business/products groups. The initial implementation—called the Deluxe Idea Exchange—includes three standing idea communities for general idea management, product development, and process improvements. Deluxe is driving participation by its employees with campaigns targeted to the business groups and the specific areas of innovation.

U.S. Navy, Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC)

The Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) of the U.S. Navy is a 50,000+ person organization that manages the onshore installations (bases) for the Navy at 70+ globally distributed locations. It supports 31 product lines at each installation.

CNIC is leveraging the CorasWorks Idea Management Solution to drive enterprise-wide Best Practice development and implementation. The solution includes two distinct “workstreams” to: 1) capture and evaluate ideas that may ultimately be selected for implementation, and 2) implementation successes that become enterprise Best Practices.
