James Benson is the Chief Operating Officer of CorasWorks and Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy for HumanTouch, LLC. After 20 years of Federal and Commercial IT experience, Mr. Benson is intimately familiar with Government Technology and Strategy. He architected and implemented the Electronic Capital Planning & Investment Control System (eCPIC), developed the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) technology reference models, led the first eGov initiative, www.benefits.gov, and is paving the way for how the U.S. Government designs, implements and governs Cloud solutions—specifically in the Service and Platform as a Service space. Mr. Benson leads Corporate Strategy for HumanTouch, LLC, and is dealing with three kids in college, a rising high school senior, and a social eco-system that will reinvent how we work and play.
Dan Naselius Chief Technology Office of CorasWorks and Vice President of Products at HumanTouch, LLC. He is responsible for Products, Services, Support, and Technical Pre-sales Consulting at CorasWorks. In this role, Mr. Naselius leverages more than 20 years of experience in building successful software development and services organizations.
Mr. Naselius has held senior roles in a number of successful companies and government organizations. Prior to joining CorasWorks, he served as the Vice President of Customer Success at BrightWork. He also held senior roles with Litton PRC and OO-ALC/TIS which both received world class ratings of SEI-CMM Level 5 as a result. In addition he has consulted with companies covering 13 countries on developing and improving their software and services organizations. Mr. Naselius has a strong background in every part of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, development, and customer service and support.
He received a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
Mark Ernstmann is Vice President of Marketing of CorasWorks and Director of Product Marketing at HumanTouch, LLC. He is responsible for all aspects of Marketing at CorasWorks, including Public/Social Media Relations, Web/Creative Services, Field Marketing, Advertising, and Product Marketing. In this role, he leverages more than 20 years of experience across multiple disciplines including project management, marketing, and business development.
Before CorasWorks, Mr. Ernstmann was with Exodus/Cable & Wireless where he was responsible for all marketing, business development, and strategic partnering activities for Microsoft Hosting Solutions. Before that, at USWeb/marchFIRST, he was Director of Project Management and Strategic Alliances for the company’s Microsoft Hosting division. Prior to joining USWeb, he worked for SAIC where he was instrumental in helping several government entities transition into the "Internet Age."
He received a Masters of Science in Management from the University of Maryland. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Communications from Missouri Southern University.
