February 17, 2010

Welcome to the February 17, 2010, Community Update.  As you know, we had a big product announcement two weeks ago around v10.3 of the Workplace Suite and v1.6 of the Toolset.  However, just because we’ve released these products doesn’t mean we’ve been taking it easy.  We’ve been working so you can now access your apps and information in a variety of ways—on your mobile device, RSS modes, across the firewall, or through micro-communities.  Read more about these below.

  • Videos:  Integrating Your Intranet/Extranet – We’ve published several videos that provide examples of applications that cross the firewall to allow your employees and external workforces to work together.  You can access the videos through our online Learning Center.  Scroll down the page to find the list of videos.
  • Snaplet Configuration – We’ve published a new Snaplet Configuration guide showing you how to configure, distribute, and use Snaplets in your environment.  We also have 3 supporting videos that show the business value of distributed app functionality, how to do it, and how to make changes centrally that instantly update distributed Snaplets.
