Welcome to the February 4th issue of the Community Update. This Update focuses on the newest release of our Workplace Suite (v10.3.1) and Toolset (v1.6.1). We're also very excited to announce the launch of our new CorasWorks Learning Center. You'll find more information and direct links in the content below.

- CorasWorks Releases New Versions of Workplace Suite and Toolset - Read the press release on the latest versions of the Workplace Suite and Toolset.
- CorasWorks Learning Center - Our new Learning Center is up and running. Visit the center to access a role-based structured learning environment with a wide variety of resources on designing, building, and managing your CorasWorks applications. Special resources have been added specifically for our newest releases.
- CorasWorks Announces Q4 Customer Wins - Many more organizations invest in CorasWorks in Q4 2009.
- Last Chance Webcast - Interest in our Project Management application is out of control, so we've scheduled another live webcast for February 11, 2010. If you haven't had the chance to participate in one of the webcasts, here's another chance!

- Help Desk v1.2 for SharePoint 2010 (by CorasWorks) - Check out the latest version of our Help Desk app - built to run on SP2010. This app is available for download right now for anyone running SharePoint 2010 and the newest version of the Suite (v10.3.1).
- Department Solution Set v1.0 (by CorasWorks) - This is the next generation solution - taking over where the Department Dashboard app started us off. DSS is an integrated, flexible, five-module solution for deploying and managing a multi-department work environment. It provides a robust environment for department work - just waiting for additional Ready-for-Work apps. And, it provides for central configuration, management, and shared resources and processes across your work environment. It is the go forward framework for the workplace.
- Knowledge Base (by R3 Business Solutions) - They keep cranking them out. This new free app from R3 lets you create and manage knowledge base articles for your employees, customers or partners. It leverages CorasWorks Dynamic Filtering and includes distributable Snaplets for end-users to hit the KB from wherever they work. The ultimate in convenience.

- New CorasWorks Learning Center - Access the new Learning Center for an extensive structured learning experience - by Role, Product, or Topic. This replaces and greatly extends the Tutorial section of the Video Library.
- What's New in v10.3.1 - the Pillars of the New Release - This link will take you into the Pillars section of the Learning Center that covers the 5 key pillars of the new release.
- Support Forums to Replace Knowledge Base - We've replaced the Knowledge Base resource with the Support Forum resource taking you to Forums. With more than 1,000 posts and closely tracked by our support team, the Forums is the best place to meet your support needs. You'll also see a direct link to the Forum Search feature.
- New Look of News & Announcements - We've upgraded our News section with the new blog-style display courtesy of Spirit and their Community Services Suite. Check it out.
