CorasWorks offers a variety of wizards that make it easy for non-developers to build new modular components, modify existing configurations, and deploy and manage new applications and designs across the workplace.
- Roll–Up Wizard: Create your own roll-up components to connect and display specified information in one of many display formats. You control the display format and search indexing.
- Action Wizard: Allows you to create your own unique Actions or modify any existing, preconfigured Actions.
- Email Notification: In a CorasWorks workplace on SharePoint 2003 or 2007, all lists can be email notification-enabled. The notification can be user-driven or driven through an optional email notification process. This wizard lets you configure the notification options throughout the workplace.
- Workplace Wizard: Dramatically decrease the amount of time and effort required to set up sites in a workplace - from a single site to an entire site collection with multiple sites and hierarchies – all done from a single page in just a matter of moments.
- Data Publisher: Allows you to create a process to automatically copy and move items of information from one list or library to another. The process may use filters for information, copy or move only selected fields or all, and optionally append or add information. It is the easiest and most programmatic way to control the structured flow of information across your workplace.
- Design Migrator™: Enables organizations to easily and programmatically upgrade the designs of SharePoint sites and applications. You can eliminate the tedious, time-consuming, costly, and error-prone manual work, and increase business value by making it easy to take innovation into deployment. (Only available for customers running on SharePoint 2007).
