CorasWorks Actions allow you to quickly and easily act on information, simplifying the way you work with your SharePoint data. Delivered through the Roll–Up displays, these actions automate many of the standard SharePoint and end–user tasks, such as adding new items, modifying items, or sending emails, enabling you to work more efficiently. Examples of these types of Actions include Creating a New Task, Updating the Status of a Task, or Notifying a Manager when a task is overdue.
A convenient “pop-up form” allows users to quickly and easily take the actions directly from the display without having to enter the SharePoint list or item record.
