CorasWorks® Corporation Announces Key Customer Wins
New customers find value in CorasWorks new modular application system
Reston, VA – July 29, 2008
– CorasWorks Corporation today announced an exciting
list of key customer wins across its modular application development software product
lines. These wins demonstrate and further confirm that CorasWorks continues to
provide the fastest, lowest cost, and most maintainable approach to designing and
building business solutions on the Microsoft® SharePoint® platform.
During the first half of 2008, CorasWorks sold its Workplace Suite™ and Data Integration Toolset™ to a number of leading companies, government agencies, and public organizations including the US Department of Defense, AARP, Skechers USA, FedEx, the Orthodox Union and The Carlyle Group. With more than 1,000 customers, and over one million deployed end-users in a wide range of industries and market segments, CorasWorks has established itself as the leading provider of application development software for Microsoft’s SharePoint platform.
When combined, the Workplace Suite and Data Integration Toolset provide the key features and functionality of CorasWorks modular application development system. The system is designed to bring the flexibility and ease of use of SharePoint for simple collaboration to the process of designing, building, and maintaining complete business solutions on SharePoint. . .without spending significant time and expense on custom development.

With the CorasWorks modular application development system, it doesn’t matter where the data for applications resides. The CorasWorks pre–built, modular system allows users to connect to and display the desired information or data, whether it’s stored in SharePoint lists and libraries or in external data systems. The Workplace Suite is focused on building solutions in SharePoint that leverage SharePoint data. The Data Integration Toolset extends the capabilities of the Workplace Suite to include data from external sources, including SQL server, remote SharePoint environments, or other thirdparty databases and applications.
